By Ralph Madugu The Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi, is to commence Post Graduate programmes in Accountancy, Public and Business Administration as well as Management courses.
This followed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the managements of the polytechnic and the Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
According to a statement issued by Dokotri Matthew Ajoro, on behalf of the rector of the polytechnic, John Datoegoem Dawam, the MoU was signed during a visit by the management of the polytechnic to the university at Keffi.
The statement said, “Tuesday 15th June, 2021 will ever remain indelible reference date in the historical achieves of the Plateau State Polytechnic Barkin Ladi.
“The Rector and Chief Executive of the Polytechnic, Bldr. John Dawam, led the Institution’s Management Team to the Nasarawa State University Keffi, in order to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), to commence Post Graduate Diploma programs in Accountancy, Public Administration, Business Administration and Management, amongst others, during the 2021/2022 Academic Session.
“Bldr. Dawam expressed overwhelming joy and gratitude, for the historic event and Land Mark achievement of the partnership with Nasarawa State University. He assured the University Management that the smooth working synergy of Academic friendship formed, will be mutually beneficial, robust and sustainable to both Institutions. He stated that the Polytechnic has enormous qualified and quality manpower for any Post Graduate Diploma program,” the statement stated
