ECWA Pharmacy Commissions Water Factory

ECWA Central Pharmacy Limited, ECPL has recorded another milestone with the commissioning of its new table water factory.
Located at No. 1 ECPL Close, Latiya Du, Jos South LGA of Plateau State, the factory is built on 115 plots of land, equipped with automated machines for the production of table water to meet the ever increasing demand for ECWA water adjudged to be the best in the state.

Performing the official commissioning of the factory, ECWA General Secretary, Rev. Yunusa Sabo Nmadu Jnr, charged the workers to faithfully discharge their duties as unto God as they would one day give account unto Him.
The cleric who read from Psalm 127:1-2, said except God kept watch over the factory, the security men would guard in vain and charged the management to allow God take charge.
The ECWA scribe said: “We are happy that the water section is here. It is important that we make the product available to enable us boost the customer base. This new factory should put an end to the scarcity of ECWA table water.

“It is our prayer now that we have the machines, the staff will cooperate with the machines to meet the demands. We pray that ECWA water as is known for its quality will not drop.
“Let us never for any reason drop the quality and as a church all we do; we will give account to God. Let us do business God’s way. We may not be making much profit but let us not compromise quality.”
Giving a background of the project, the Managing Director, ECWA Central Pharmacy, Pharmacist Jonathan Dogo, explained that because the production of table water had taken a new dimension, they had to move with the trend and the competition in the business.
He added that despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, work on the new factory did not stop as more machines were procured at the end of 2020.
The ECPL MD thanked the ECWA executive for the support and encouragement towards actualization of the projects.

Said he: “We thank the ECWA leadership for supporting and encouragement with the funds towards the actualization of this project. We also want to thank the host community; we thank the staff for their ceaseless prayers.”
In a goodwill message, ECPL Board Chairperson, represented by Barrister Danlami Agyisa, commended the ECWA leadership for their support to the company but, however added: “Just as Oliver Twist, ECPL will continue to ask for more support.”
Also, speaking, a former Managing Director of ECPL, Grace Ebuga stated, “Frankly speaking, I am thrilled and very happy that we have attained another higher level. You know it is one thing to serve as a Managing Director and you leave there and then you come back and see that there is progress and development on maybe the vision you had for the company. I am really very happy and I give all the glory to God.

“I charge the staff to be committed and dedicated to their work; be faithful and honest in all they are doing. I believe that is the virtue that God expects from us and He will bless all what they a. This is just the beginning. They are going to see much greater things that God is going to do when the remain close to Him.”
Also baring his mind at the occasion, immediate past MD of ECPL, Bulus Yayock, said he felt a sense of achievement and satisfaction.
“I feel very delighted. I feel a sense of achievement when your successor goes on to achieve more, then there is that sense of fulfilment. I praise God for the opportunity He gave me to serve as the former Managing Director.

“My charge to the staff is too continue to work faithfully as unto the Lord. Nothing pays more than faithfulness. God does not expect anything more from us than faithfulness. And with faithfulness comes success. I charge the staff to continue to work faithfully.

“I want to also particularly thank God for the current management team under Pharmacist Dogo as they have kept going on the path that God has made us to set earlier on.”
